Similar to regular tune ups on a vehicle, regularly servicing your refrigeration equipment will go a long way toward prolonging the life of equipment. Cleaning dirt, debris and grease from condensers, clearing condensate drains, cleaning evaporator coils fans and guards, removing mold and mildew build up in heat pumps, changing filters, cleaning and sanitizing ice machines and bins and checking overall operation of equipment can go a long way toward catching and minimizing any issues that may arise.
Applied Refrigeration offers preventative maintenance agreements tailored to each customer. The frequency of visits is customized for each customer based on the type of equipment, environmental factors, manufacturer recommendations and customer preference. Maintenance can also be performed on an “as needed” basis without an agreement if desired. Service labor discounts are available for customers who have active maintenance agreements.
